Buffalo-born playwright Tom Dudzick's Miracle on South Division Street at Letkemann Theatre

The weekend portion of Nickel Days, Thompson's annual summer fair, kicked off on June 22 with a parade along Thompson Drive and Cree Road, which were lined with dozens of candy-grabbing kids and older spectators.

The Cree Travellers drum group from Norway House performs at Thompson's National Aboriginal Day celebrations June 21, held for the second straight year at Centennial Park. The celebration began with a sunrise pipe ceremony at 5:30 a.m.
