Tim Hortons Camp Day returned to Thompson June 5, where residents raised a grand total of $3,141 for charity by purchasing coffee, bracelets and t-shirts within a 24-hour period.

All of the money raised from the purchase of these items will be donated to the Tim Hortons Children’s Foundation, an organization dedicated to sending underprivileged kids to camp.

In terms of money, this year’s fundraiser is a considerable step down from the three previous Camp Day events in Thompson, which raised $5,978$4,652 and $7,159, respectively.

Anyone who still wants to donate to this cause can do so by visiting Tim Hortons’ official Camp Day website.
