Robert Wilson, a longtime resident of Thompson, passed away on May 20, 2018 at Thompson General Hospital due to a massive heart attack.
Robert was born on January 18, 1954 in Oshawa, Ontario to Mr. and Mrs. Tomas and Beatrice Wilson. He runs a cab business in town, a people person and a huge fan of Montreal Canadiens. Robert is survived by his beloved wife Maria Fe C. Wilson of 25 years of marriage, siblings Gary (Marie) and sister-in-law Penny and nieces and nephews.
Funeral arrangements entrusted to Boardman Funeral Services and St . Lawrence Church, Thompson, Manitoba.
Cremation has taken place and a Gathering of Friends Service will take place on May 25, 2018 between 5:00 - 11:00 pm at the St. Lawrence Roman Catholic Church in Thompson. A celebration of life will be held the following day, Saturday, May 26, 2018 at 1:00 pm officiated by Father Guna.
