Thompson RCMP have arrested 36-year-old Charles Alfred Fosseneuve in connection with an assault causing bodily harm outside the Thompson Homeless Shelter Sept. 10.
Police were dispatched to a fight in progress around 3:30 a.m. that morning and located a man with serious facial injuries. Witnesses said they saw a man in a brown jacket with a purple hood flee the scene.
