Nelson House woman identified as victim of Oct. 17 homicide in Thompson

Bobbie Lynn Lee Moose, 29, of Nisichawayasihk Cree Nation was identified by RCMP Oct. 21 as the victim of an Oct. 17 homicide in Thompson.

Moose’s body was found last Thursday around 5 p.m. in an area near Nelson Road between Mystery Lake Road and Station Road

Thompson RCMP and Major Crime Services continue to investigate her killing and multiple police officers, including a dog handler, were at and around the scene over the weekend.

RCMP are asking anyone with information on this crime or on Moose’s activities between Oct. 1 and Oct. 17 to call the Thompson RCMP detachment at 204-677-6909.
