RCMP are looking for the public's help in identifying a woman who fled the Days Inn hotel with an undisclosed amount of money Oct. 4.
The incident happened around 11:30 p.m., when Thompson RCMP were called to the hotel. Their investigation found that a Caucasian female, described as being in her early 20s, entered the hotel and demanded all their money.
The clerk refused, prompting the woman to declare that she had a weapon and repeat her demand for all the money. The female was given some money, and fled the hotel on foot.
A search was conducted of the area with a police dog, but the suspect was not located. The clerk was not injured in the incident.
Thompson RCMP continue to investigate the incident, and are looking for the public's help in identifying the culprit, who is seen in these surveillance photos.
