Move over, ghosting. A Vancouver plant-based ice cream business has launched a line of “breakup” pints aimed at taking the sting out of saying goodbye.

Nora’s is putting out three limited-edition pints of specially crafted plant-based flavours with clever customizable packaging to personalize your sweet adieu–you know, to help you clarify that there are, indeed, hard feelings.

“With people dating and dumping so frequently, the pints serve a very important need—the need to break-it-off with someone without too much drama, time, or awkwardness,” says Nora’s founder in an e-mail.

“You know what they say: ’A spoonful of ice cream helps the rejection go down.’”

The new flavours for the line are made using Nora’s cashew cream and coconut milk base, and are called Bye Bye Brownie, It’s Just Vanilla, and Strawberries and You’re Mean.

These quirky–albeit passive aggressive–breakup pints will be available for a limited time at the Cypress location of Be Fresh Market, from November 6 until supplies last. And if you opt to just tuck into one to soothe your singleton soul, hey, no judgement.
