Sydney Power was the only Skate Thompson skater that participated in the STARSkate provincial championships in Winkler March 10. Sydney competed in the Juvenile U12 division and earned a sixth-place finish. Great skating, Sydney!
Fifteen skaters competed at Stony on Ice March 22-24 in Stony Mountain. Skaters competed in the Free Skate programs, Elements and Team Events in various STAR skating levels which includes STAR 1, STAR 2, STAR 4, STAR 5, STAR 6 and Adult Event. Skaters also competed in Creative Improv and Interpretive events. Skate Thompson skaters brought home medals and ribbons from Stony on Ice. Awesome skating Marlene, Jenna S., Jessica, Sydney, Bridgette, Charly, Elizabeth, Ava, Kaitlyn, Harper, Jenna F., Servete, Jacylnn, Jasmin and Iris.
