To the Editor:
As president of Thompson Playhouse and director of Dashing Through the Snow I want to thank all the people that came out and watched our production. It was great to see all the media supporting us as well. The Thompson Citizen, CHTM, CBC and Shaw all showed up and it means a great deal to the actors to look out and see such a great audience.
We'd been rehearsing for months and Coral, Wally, Serena Godmaire, Lynda, Kevin, Alex, Debby, Ingrid, Sandi, Anthony, Angela, Serena Puranen, Shannon, Delsie, Mary, and Ryan really came alive in their characters with the sounds of laughter from the audience. Laughter is good for the soul and this cast has been good for my soul from the first day. Such a great group of people and we had so much fun.
Many of this cast had never acted before and this was their first time on stage and if you saw the play I bet you couldn't guess which ones. They all acted like pros.
To top off all that fun Thompson Playhouse is able to donate money to the RDPC drama department.
