To the Editor:
I would love the opportunity, if possible, to express gratitude. I can not begin to convey my most heartfelt thanks to the doctors, nurses and support staff at the Thompson General Hospital for the extraordinary care I received when my appendix ruptured at the end of April. The high quality of care and kindness I received has not gone unappreciated - Thompson is lucky to have such great people working in health care. I’d also like to give a special thanks to Dr. Chelsea Lillbeck and the staff at the Thompson Chiropractic Clinic for taking such amazing care of my patients during my absence while I was recovering. As a relative newcomer to the north, I have found Thompson to be a community full of warm, welcoming people and I am proud to call it home.
