To the Editor:
With respect to the upcoming civic election to be held on Oct. 24, I, like many here in Thompson, feel that we need a big change on council, and to put my money where my mouth is, so to speak – I will be one of the news faces. I am running.
Now I speak on behalf of the people of Thompson – as a guest speaker in council meetings on more than one occasion. I wrote, as you know, letters to this respected newspaper on more than one occasion. What I am asking now is to allow me to speak on behalf of the people where it really counts – in council. Vote for Godfrey.
