To Donna Wilson, general manager of the Thompson Citizen, and all the equally and enormously kind-hearted Thompson businesses: Thank you for making a difference!
Your support of CancerCare Manitoba during Breast Cancer Awareness month means:
More Manitoba women will be screened for breast cancer, resulting in early detection and better treatment and outcomes;
More Manitoba women and their families living with breast cancer will have even better access to CancerCare Manitoba's support services;
CancerCare Manitoba's researchers can continue their unrelenting search for the causes and, ultimately, a cure for breast cancer.
We are winning battles, but there are many more left to be won. With your help, we can, and we will, win the war.
Until then, on behalf of everyone at CancerCare Manitoba - the researchers, doctors, nurses, caregivers and - most importantly - the patients we serve, thank you for your caring and compassion. Thank you for making a difference!
