Jacqueline Matechuk (Northcott)
It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden death of Jacqueline Matechuk (Northcott) on Sept. 1, 2017.
Jackie was born in The Pas, MB on Feb. 1, 1956. She grew up in The Pas and married Robert Matechuk in 1973. They just celebrated their 44th Anniversary. They lived in Thompson MB since 1974 where they raised their 4 children: Linda (Jon) Sawatzky, Ken (Anita) Matechuk, Jamie Matechuk (Todd Martinkowski) and Justin Matechuk.
She has 5 grandchildren: Jonathan, Emily, CJ, Tayden, Lynden and 2 Great Grandchildren Mason and Sawyer.
A Celebration of Life was held at her home, where many friends and family gathered to share memories of her.
A grave-site service will be held in The Pas, MB on Saturday Sept. 16, 2017 at the Lakeview Cemetery at 11:00 am, followed by a luncheon at the Legion at 4 Veterans Way.
Jackie was a wonderful person who will be greatly missed.
