Ilse Angus Clements
(Nee Schweder, formally Bruderer)
August 8, 1931 – July 9, 2018
On July 9, 2018 with family by her side at the Thompson General Hospital Ilse Angus Clements lost her battle with cancer. Ilse was born August 8, 1931 in The Pas, Manitoba. Ilse spent the majority of her life in the north. She settled in Thompson, Manitoba in the 1980s.
Ilse leaves to mourn her five children Bill of Thompson, Pat of British Columbia, Sandra of Chase, Tim of Vancouver & Melissa (Jim) of Thompson. She will also be missed by her Grandchildren Richard, Trevor, Amber, Sara, Max, Jadeon, Trina, Raeanna, Tanner, Angela, Dylan, Rainbow, Che, Gillian, Samantha and Mikaila. Also Special to her were her Great grandchildren Nahlin, Desiree, Zola, Jordee, Mahikan, Owen, Jaxson and her special little friend (sausage hound) Coco Beanz
Ilse is survived by her sister Mary and brothers Norman and Robert. She was predeceased by her husband Bryan Clements, Parents Fredrick Schweder and Rosa Bighetty, Brothers Charles, Fredrick and Mike, sisters Anna and Teresa, granddaughter Sheena and great granddaughter Ilse.
Ilse was an active role model within the community of Thompson. She enjoyed teaching her knowledge to the next generation.
There will be a public viewing at the Boardman Funeral Home on Thursday July 12, 2018 from 7:00-9:00 pm. Cremation will take place and a celebration of life will be held on Tuesday July 17, 2018 from 6:00-9:00 pm at the Ma-Mow-We-Tak Friendship Center in Thompson, Manitoba.
