Deborah Lynn Lamb (Squires) born on September 12, 1961 in Tisdale Saskatchewan. Debbie suddenly and peacefully passed away at the age of 55 on January 11, 2017 at the Thompson General Hospital.

Debbie and her family moved to Thompson when she was 3 months old and she resided in Thompson her whole life. Debbie married the love of her life Jim on March 31, 1990 when they united in marriage Debbie had 3 children Dennis, David and Ryan, Jim had 2 children Chris and Mike they became a big happy family.

Debbie was all about family. She loved spending her time with the family attending many family gatherings, family reunions, traveling with her children and parents on many vacations, camping trips and winter holidays. Debbie had a very enthusiastic passion for life and many hobbies. Her biggest passion was sewing for her grandchildren, turning into Debbie’s Homemade Baby Creations which funded many dream vacations along with many visits to her children and grandchildren.

Debbie had a huge heart and was always wanting to help others. She was known to walk up to anybody and offer a hug, including strangers and would quickly become their friend. She will always be remembered for her trait to love others. Debbie had a heart of gold. If you needed a friend she was there with open arms and loving support. Debbie started her career with D&D Cable in 1989 which is now Shaw. Her need to help others made her successful in her position as a customer care representative. Debbie’s 5 Children and 13 Grandchildren were the light of her life. It didn’t matter what type of day she was having, when one of them walked through the door or called, the smile of her face said it all. Words can never express how important each and every one of them were to her and her last words were always I Love You.

Debbie leaves her loved ones behind to mourn and cherish her life and special memories. Her father, Henry Squires and mother Billi-Jean Squires (Twyver), loving and devoted husband Jim; children Dennis (Janet) children Riley, Kiara, Haley, Mikey and Regan, David (Loralee) children Keena & Easton, Ryan (Brittany) children Sarah and ?, Chris (Katy) children Austin and Jaxon, Mike (Lorraine) children Roselyn, Ainsley and Cora, her brothers Chuck (Heather) children Vincent, Ashley and Eric, Kenneth and Herman, her sister Janet (Frank) children Samantha and Kristen along with many numerous relatives and close friends.

A memorial service is being held on Saturday, January 21, 2017 at St. Joseph’s Hall located on corner of Juniper Drive and Cree Road from 1:00 – 5:00 with Roy Bladen of the Salvation Army officiating at 1:00 pm, luncheon to follow. Please come and celebrate Debbie; a time for remembering and sharing all of her memories.
