A man and a woman from Norway House died Dec. 8 when they were thrown off the snowmobile they were travelling on after hitting a dock.
The 20-year-old male and 19-year-old female were not wearing helmets when the collision occurred near Mission Island in Norway House around 8:30 a.m.. They were travelling southbound on the ice at the time and both were pronounced dead on the scene.
Norway House RCMP continue to investigate.
