Thompson RCMP are asking anyone who may have seen a white Dodge Dart in the Deerwood area or the occupants of a grey minivan on Manasan Drive around 1 p.m. July 6 to contact them.
The vehicles are being sought in connection with a shooting on Beaver Crescent Monday afternoon that sent one man to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries and resulted in the arrest of two other men.
Thompson RCMP responded to the shooting and the victim was transported to Thompson General Hospital in stable condition.
Two men, aged 33 and 35, were arrested on Red River Drive in connection with the shooting and face multiple charges.
Anyone with information about a white Dodge Dart seen in the Deerwood area or about the occupants of the grey minivan seen on Manasan Drive around the time of the shooting or who has private video surveillance of vehicles matching those descriptions is asked to call the Thompson RCMP detachment at 204-677-6909 or Crime Stoppers anonymously at 1-800-222-8477. Thompson RCMP continue to investigate the shooting with assistance from the Manitoba North District Forensic Identification Section.
