Thompson police are currently on the lookout for 16-year-old Kelly John Castel, who was last seen at his resident on McGill Place as of Sept. 27, 2018.
Police describe Castel as 5’9’’, 135 pounds, with brown eyes and black hair. He was last seen wearing a black hoodie with stripes and carrying a grey backpack. Sources say he might have travelled to The Pas.
