Thompson Gas Bar Co-op gives $1,800 to three local groups

On Nov. 30, members of the Thompson Gas Bar Co-op handed out three cheques worth $600 to representatives from the Hope North Suicide Prevention Committee, the Canadian Mental Health Association of Thompson and the Thompson Crisis Centre.

On Nov. 30, members of the Thompson Gas Bar Co-op handed out three cheques worth $600 to representatives from the Hope North Suicide Prevention Committee, the Canadian Mental Health Association of Thompson and the Thompson Crisis Centre.

This money was originally generated during the Co-op’s 2018 Fuel Good Day back on Sept. 18, where five cents of every litre of gas sold that day was designated to support three local non-profit organizations.
