RCMP seeking info about armed robbery at Thompson Petro-Canada gas station last summer

Manitoba RCMP issued a request for information about a June 18 armed robbery in Thompson via social media Nov. 29. The incident occurred around 2:30 a.m.

Manitoba RCMP issued a request for information about a June 18 armed robbery in Thompson via social media Nov. 29.

The incident occurred around 2:30 a.m., when two men entered the Petro-Canada gas station on Selkirk Avenue armed with a knife and demanded cash, lottery tickets and cigarettes from an employee before leaving the scene.

The first suspect is described as Indigenous in appearance and 5’10” tall, wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, grey sweatpants and black shoes with tattoo on his left hand.

The second suspect is also described as Indigenous in appearance and 5’10” tall. He was wearing a black hooded sweatshirt and black pants and has a tattoo that appears to say "Ashley" on his right forearm.
