Man hospitalized with facial injuries after Princeton Towers assault

One man was hospitalized and two others arrested after an Aug. 16 robbery in the stairwell of the south tower of Forest View Suites, also known as Princeton Towers. RCMP were called to the apartment building just before 9 p.m.

One man was hospitalized and two others arrested after an Aug. 16 robbery in the stairwell of the south tower of Forest View Suites, also known as Princeton Towers.

RCMP were called to the apartment building just before 9 p.m. Friday and determined that a 16-year-old male and a 19-year-old male from Easterville had tried to rob two men and then assaulted and bear sprayed another man. The assault victim was transported to hospital with serious facial injuries and remained there overnight. The suspects were located and charged with aggravated assault, assault with a weapon and multiple breaches of court orders and remanded into custody. Robbery charges are also pending
