A 45-year-old man from Winnipeg is facing multiple charges after threatening to kill a restaurant patron as well as the RCMP officer who arrested him and the officer’s family Oct. 5.
Police were called to The Hub around 12:46 a.m. Saturday morning and arrested the intoxicated man for uttering threats and being in breach of a court-ordered curfew as well as a condition not to consume alcohol.
After being arrested, the man threatened the RCMP officer and their family. He was remanded into custody.
