A driver and a pedestrian are both facing Highway Traffic Act charges after a vehicle hit the pedestrian at the intersection of Mystery Lake Road and Station Road in Thompson Dec. 7.
Thompson RCMP on patrol saw the vehicle collide with the pedestrian around 9:45 p.m. Saturday. The driver was charged with failing to yield for a pedestrian and the pedestrian who got hit was charged for leaving the curb when it was not safe to do.
No injuries resulted from this collision.
