Father Guna of St. Lawrence Roman Catholic Church in Thompson and the Knights of Columbus hosted a special drive-through blessing service for mothers a week after Mother’s Day May 17, with the priest blessing the participants as they passed by in their vehicles and Mario Leclerc of the Knights of Columbus passing out roses.
