The incident in question occurred March 30 when someone called Snow Lake RCMP to complain about garbage at the side of Provincial Road 392. Officers attended the scene and saw a car nearby. The man driving said he was having car trouble and paperwork inside the trash bags matched his driver’s licence, which netted him a $203 fine for littering under the Environment Act.
