The Lunatics took the overall championship in the Merchant Media Slo-Pitch League for the fifth straight year Sept. 12 at Juniper Field, beating No Fear in the A division final, while Storm finished third.
In the B division final at the recreation centre field, the Hydro Diggers overcame a 3-0 deficit against the Hayes Autobody Hitmen to win the B division. Porkbellies came third in the pool.
The C division final saw the OV Knights overtake the Ball Jammers in the final at Centennial Park, with Shack Attack finishing third.
