Farrol Asham took the overall title at the Thompson Golf Club's 2009 men's club championships Sept. 5-7, finishing ahead of Murray Kissick, Murray McDonald and Andrew Whitty in the championship flight.
Ron Mymko captured the first flight title, beating Sam McLellan, Bill Ritchat and Wade McMurrich, while Gerald Osbourne was the winner of the second flight, with Art Lafreniere, Lorne Hambleton and Garfield Armstrong the runners-up.
Earl Colbourne won the third flight, with Kevin Halchyshak second and John Crossley third, while Devon Gurniak took the fourth flight, finishing ahead of Paul Taylor, Andy Hopkins and Glen Gordon.
