Manitoba RCMP confirmed Sept. 28 that a body was found in MacLean Park Sept. 24 and that it was Cora Lee Wood, who had been reported missing two days earlier.
Wood’s body was found at about 2;30 p.m. Friday and police say the cause of her death was not a criminal act
Wood, 35, was reported missing around 10:30 p.m. two days before her body was found. She had last been seen Sept. 18 at a business on Selkirk Avenue.Thompson RCMP continue to investigate.
