Weyburn RCMP, EMS and Fire responded to reports of a collision between a passenger vehicle and a train near the rail yard southeast of Weyburn at approximately 6:15 p.m. on Thursday evening.
The lone occupant of the vehicle, a 16 year-old female, sustained undetermined injuries and was taken to hospital via STARS Air Ambulance. No other injuries have been reported to police.
An RCMP Traffic Reconstructionist will be investigating this incident, along with CP Rail.
The roadways in the area were not obstructed, and there were no delays to traffic.
