Trojans compete in graduating all-star game

Three players from R.D. Parker Collegiate’s varsity boys’ basketball team were chosen to compete in Basketball Manitoba’s A-AAA graduating all-star game in Winnipeg April 15, though only two took part.

Three players from R.D. Parker Collegiate’s varsity boys’ basketball team were chosen to compete in Basketball Manitoba’s A-AAA graduating all-star game in Winnipeg April 15, though only two took part.

Dale Cook and Tyler Braun represented the Trojans on Team Russell Athletic in the game, which was played St. Paul’s High School prior to Basketball Manitoba’s all-star banquet on Saturday afternoon, while teammate Erik Sinclair, who was also chosen for the roster, did not make the trip.

Cook received a second honour at the banquet, being named to the first A/AA/AAA male all-Manitoba team, along with Kevin Zebrasky of Ross L. Gray School, Nash Bockstael of St. James Collegiate, Kaan Bitchok of Lorette Collegiate and Riley Paul of Neelin High School.
