Hundreds of Thompsonites got a head start on their Christmas shopping by dropping by the annual Artist, Crafters and Small Business Expo over the weekend.

This event featured dozens of local small business owners and entrepreneurs who set up shop at the Thompson Regional Community Centre gymnasium on Nov. 4 to sell their wares. These vendors showcased a wide array of items, including: hand-knitted clothing, essential oils, personalized artwork, Tupperware, homemade bath products and much more.

As usual, this year’s expo was organized by Community Futures North Central Development, who told the Thompson Citizen that they hosted 49 vendors and around 700 people in general.
