Best Western Thompson Hotel & Suites has been recognized for the third consecutive year with a TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence, which recognizes hospitality businesses that have received great traveller reviews on TripAdvisor over the previous year.

Our staff is committed to going above and beyond, and this recognition is a reflection of their hard work and our dedication to superior customer service.”
To receive a certificate of excellence, businesses must maintain an overall TripAdvisor bubble rating of at least four out of five and receive a minimum number of reviews over the previous 12 months.

TripAdivsor has more than 500 million reviews and opinions covering hotels, airlines, attractions and restaurants and also compares prices from more than 200 hotel booking sites.
The 80-room Best Western Thompson Hotel & Suites opened in 2012.
