United Rentals on Nelson Road in Thompson held their grand opening for their new store recently. The new $1.5-million 15,000-square-foot facility replaced its 46-year-old outlet at the same location. The old building was demolished April 27. Mayor Tim Johnston cut the yellow ribbon held by branch manager Jim Brown.
