The Thompson Minor Hockey Association's new board of directors, elected at the organization's annual general meeting in May, features women in more than half of the board positions, including president, vice president (administration), treasurer, secretary, registrar, ice operations director, fundraising co-ordinator, publicity director, peewee program director, female director, tournament director and Munn Cup co-ordinator.

Diane Platford replaces Bruce Bodie as the president, with Darcy Delyea elected to the position of vice president (technical) and Toni Paulic serving as vice president (administration), with Denise Horton as treasurer, Pam Clarkson as secretary and Angela Haase as registrar.

Former female director Maxine Larway returns to the board as ice operations director, while Kyle Boisvert is the on-ice officials co-ordinator and Travis Bloomer serves as hockey development co-ordinator.

Mike Boychuk is now the equipment manager, Lois Barnowich is the fundraising co-ordinator and Joy Evans serves as publicity director.

Program directors are Dennis Rathgeber (novice), Christina Reuther (peewee), Bob Markus (bantam) and Rob Platford (midget).

Iris Murray is the female director, Angela Cummings the tournament director and Karen Rea-Cormier the Munn Cup co-ordinator.
