Former Norman Northstars Jeff English and Jordan Ryan of Thompson picked up five points between them in a Keystone Junior Hockey League pre-season match Oct. 4 between the Arborg Ice Dawgs and the Sanford Titans.

English was one of four Ice Dawgs to tally a pair of goals, while Jordan Ryan had a goal and two assists for the Titans, with the game ending 12-4 in favour of Arborg.

Ryan was a member of last year's Northstars squad while English played for the team the previous season, when he and Ryan were teammates.
