Dinner to Die for

The Thompson Playhouse put on a dinner theatre murder mystery Saturday, March 17 at the Juniper Centre with a six-actor cast performing the play entitled "Come Dine With Us" while audience members were treated to dinner and dessert. Starring Katy Sweet as television producer Chelsey Bunn, Brian Colli as chef Roland Butter, Shannon Ethier as restaurateur Victoria Sponge, Kevin Hopton: as salad chef Chris P. Duck, Robyn Foley as TV anchor Lyn Guini, and Serena Puranen as everyone’s best friend, Cherry Bakewell, and directed by Sue Colli. The evening was a fundraiser for Juniper Centre and Thompson Playhouse, which kept $5 from every $30 ticket sold, pocketing $600 on the night, while Juniper Centre netted $4,100.
